Minor variations in handcrafted products, artificial jewelry, embellishments, fabrics, or finishes are considered normal and are not defects.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated.

4. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any order.

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors.

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

• Limit quantities purchased by an individual customer.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

Noor-Zara does not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping

We deliver within the UAE and internationally to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Noor-Zara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. Customers placing orders outside the United Arab Emirates acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The customer is solely responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of the destination country.

• Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time.

• Certain countries may restrict or prohibit the import of specific products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may legally enter their country.

8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

For all international shipments outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, and any other government-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated.

Noor-Zara has no control over customs assessments and cannot predict the amount of such charges.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or import charges resulting in:

• refusal of delivery,

• abandonment of the shipment,

• destruction by customs authorities, or

• return of the shipment,

Noor-Zara reserves the right to deduct all shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs penalties, handling fees, and any additional expenses incurred before issuing any applicable refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in delivery failure, additional shipping charges for redelivery or return will be borne by the customer.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must:

• be unused,

• be in original packaging,

• include all tags and accessories,

• not show signs of wear or damage.

Certain products, including earrings, customized items, personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, courier fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Noor-Zara shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, cyberattacks, or supplier shortages.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
